I am not one to throw birthday parties for my kids. I don't love other kidlets tearing my house apart, the whole bring a gift thing bothers me, and it generally just stresses me out. This year though, I told the kids they could each have a birthday party. So far, it hasn't been bad. I won't be doing it every year, but maybe once in a while.
